 Department of Kinesiology
Welcome to the Department of Kinesiology's web page. The department offers a Master of Science in Kinesiology, an undergraduate major in Kinesiology as well as an undergraduate major in athletic training. Specializations in the Kinesiology major include: 1) Early Childhood (EC)-12 Teacher Certification; 2) Exercise Science; 3)Pre-Physical Therapy/Pre-Occupational Therapy; and 4) Sports Management.

TAMUCC's new Nursing, Health Sciences, and Kinesiology Building In late fall of 2009 TAMUCC will open the Nursing, Health Sciences, and Kinesiology building. This 140,000 square foot center will be the new home for the Kinesiology Department, providing laboratory space, classrooms, and offices. It will also house the Athletic Training Complex as well as the College of Nursing. The image at right shows an artist's version of the finished building.  |
